This chess set is a classic one, the pieces are in acaciawood,  "American Staunton" design, size is 85 mm for the king. The board is made in walnut wood, official size (square 5 cm) with annotations, ideal for club, school, for analyse and study.

 The Parker offers a traditional Staunton chess set with a unique design and finish. It has a classic style with handsome knights that have the look and feel of the older Jaques designs. To create the black, chess pieces are actually burnt followed by the final carving and design work which creates a beautiful contrast in colors between the blackened areas and the natural golden wood colors underneath. Chess pieces are then finished in high gloss lacquer giving the chess pieces a glass-like finish. 

I sincerely hope that you, dear readers, will enjoy the wonderful masterpieces you will find in this book. In addition to the authors, some of Drasko’s contemporaries were also involved in the writing, and they immediately responded with pride and love to the request to keep the memory of the Serbian genius alive. I would like to thank all those who participated in this project.
